Within the scope of the studies regarding the update of the National Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan, the consultative meetings were organized in order to determine the adaptation action options for urban, agriculture, livestock and fisheries, social development, energy, industry, transportation and communication, tourism and cultural heritage, public health, biodiversity and ecosystem services and water resources management sectors. The stakeholder representatives from the public institutions, academia, non-governmental organizations and private participated in the sesssions, where cliamte change indused risk management in the sectors, the urgency of climate adaptation actions, current practices and needs, and long-term action proposals were discussed. The next step will be to prioritize actions.
